Apart from value for money, I wanted good support from a host. I chose Duty Free Hosting because they guaranteed 24/7 support with response times under an hour. With my last host I waited up to 12 hours sometimes. Well I am pleased to say with Duty Free Hosting most of my support tickets are answered with 20 minutes and they have never gone over the hour.
